Hot Desks 

 

From a social membership, to unlimited co-working with

a dedicated desk - pick and choose what suits you. If you

need maximum flexibility, we also offer day passes for

non-members.

 

All Wanstead Works memberships include social hours in

the evenings and weekends, where we become your local

space to unwind, at our member events, wellbeing classes,

and workshops.

Members enjoy a complimentary bean-to-cup coffee, herbal

teas and snacks, free Business mailing address, acesss to

break out spaces, private call room and lockers, special

rates on events and day passes, and exclusive member

get-togethers.

​Day Passes: £20 per day

Full Day 9am-6pm
Take advantage of our full day passes, available to non-members, if you’re visiting from out of town, or still working things out. We hope to welcome you to Wanstead Works.

Light: £75 per month

1 Work Day per week 
Light suits a person who might work a day a week from home, or someone starting a side hustle who needs space to focus. If you need more Work Days, add on a Day Pass.

Casual: £140 per month

2 Work Days per week 
Casual offers the ultimate flexibility for those on the move. Whether the demands of your day include parenting, side-hustling, studying, or aligning to another time zone - come and go at Wanstead Works when you need. Casual works for creatives, practitioners, and freelancers. If you have meetings in town a few days a week, then come home to Wanstead Works to get things done.

Regular: £190 per month

3 Work Days per week 
Regular offers the the ideal solution for those wanting to base themselves at WW for the majority of the week.  If you have meetings in town a few days a week, or have to go to the office a few times a week then come to Wanstead Works to work outside this.

Fixed Desk: £300 per month

Dedicated Desk + Unlimited Work Days 
If you’re in need of your own private corner to work, Fixed desk members have a dedicated desk, a private locker and meeting room credits. Female founders and small business owners can also benefit from our work programming to help grow their business.

Private Office from £400

Unlimited Work Days 
Private offices are best suited to entrepreneurs and small agencies. Let us be your main office for a professional experience. And when you’re ‘out of office’, enjoy everything else we have to offer - our community, our wellness practice and our events.
